Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes. The Free tiers are permanent. They are not time-limited trials, and you will never be pushed onto a paid plan to keep what you already have.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Creating your account and using the Free tiers asks for no payment details at all. You only add a card if and when you decide to upgrade.
How do I upgrade to a paid plan?
Inside Maestro, open Settings and choose Plans. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe, and the upgrade takes effect right away.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel whenever you want, and you keep access to the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What is the Pro AI plan?
Pro AI includes everything in Pro plus the product's built-in AI assistant, billed per seat. You assign Pro AI seats to the people who need the AI features, and everyone else stays on Free or Pro.
