Saved profiles and typography controls speed up repeat work, while Edit Text honestly covers and replaces existing text. Versioned exports include a SHA-256 integrity manifest, preserve digital signatures already present and save straight back to DocuVault.
Agreements turns any PDF into an ordered signature request. Recipients sign from an email link without a Gapfy account, in their own language, with explicit consent and an optional emailed one-time code. When everyone has signed, DocuVault seals the document tamper-evidently with a certificate of completion and a full audit trail, then archives it. This is a simple electronic signature under eIDAS.
