AI features
Harmony includes six AI assists that take over the boring parts of keeping a link library healthy. They all require a Pro AI seat: if you do not have one, ask your Gapfy administrator, and everything else in Harmony keeps working exactly the same without them.
Semantic search
Regular search finds the words you typed. Semantic search finds what you meant. Search for a concept and Harmony surfaces links that match by meaning, even when the page title uses completely different words. This is the feature that rescues the article you saved three months ago but can only half remember.
Collection suggestions
When you save a page, Harmony suggests which collection it belongs in. You stay in control, the suggestion is just a shortcut, but most of the time filing a link becomes a single confirmation instead of a decision.
Tag suggestions
Harmony also suggests tags for what you save, so your tagging system keeps growing consistently without you having to remember every tag you have ever created. Combined with the tag management screen, this keeps a large library labeled without the labeling ever feeling like a chore.
Per-link summaries
Every link can carry a short summary, so you can tell what is behind a URL without opening it. Scanning a collection of twenty research links stops meaning twenty tab switches.
Weekly digest
The weekly digest page gives you a regular, readable roundup of your library, a built-in moment to catch up and prune. Instead of links silently piling up, you get a rhythm for reviewing them.
Link health report
Links rot. Pages move, sites die, content goes stale. The link health report finds dead or stale links in your library so you can fix or remove them before a teammate clicks into a wall of 404s. This matters most for shared collections, where a broken link wastes everyone's time, not just yours.
Availability
All six assists require a Pro AI seat, which is assigned per person by your Gapfy administrator. Everything described in the rest of the documentation, capture, spaces, sharing, import and export, works on every tier.
Where to go next
- Build the library the AI works on with Saving tabs and sessions.
- Keep it organized with Spaces and collections.
